About Me
Hey! I’m a Mother of 2 and the creator of The Mothership . I am a certified Seasons of Matescence® Educator and Guide and I have made it my mission to support women in their journey into and through motherhood.
I believe women deserve better care and support to navigate the demands and constant changes we all experience during motherhood.
It is an honour to me to have you in this space and to guide you back to you in the Mother’s RESET Pathway.

Don’t worry — all sessions are recorded and sent to you within 24 hours. You can move through the content at your own pace, and still feel connected through the workbooks, audio practices, and optional community space.

This experience is designed to fit into the life of a busy, overwhelmed mother.
Each weekly live session is around 75 minutes, the content to watch on your own time will take about 30 mins, and the practices between sessions take just a few minutes a day. You don’t need to do it all perfectly — just consistently enough to feel the shift. -
